Cynthia C is an MD, began her residency training at the University of Pittsburgh/UPMC in July 2020. Prior to beginning residency, Dr. C completed her undergraduate work at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, going on to earn her medical degree from Columbia University. Cynthia has been an experienced editor at TopAdmit for 5+ years. As an MBA grad of the McCombs School of Business (UT Austin), Jason is dedicated to fostering higher education and professional success. In addition to extensive work in editing and consulting, he also has 10+ years experience as a financial analyst and previously served as managing editor for two prominent sell-side research houses. Jason is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese and lives most of the time in Taipei, Taiwan. He's also a frequent traveler in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Vietnam, Singapore, and other destinations throughout East and Southeast Asia. Most of all, Jason is passionate about higher education and helping candidates find their own paths to making their dreams come true.
Sarah is a graduate of University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Physics. Although her background is science-heavy, she has always pursued a strong interest in writing, reporting and communications. She has written for newspapers such as the Washington Post, the Orlando Sentinel and UCLA's own newspaper, the Daily Bruin. She has also had extensive experience tutoring and developing educational curricula for middle and high-school students in the west Los Angeles area through California's teaching assistant program, CalTeach.

Franklyn is a U.S.-based editor and admissions writing consultant with more than 25 years of professional experience. He has assisted more than 300 MBA applicants get into top schools, including Harvard, Stanford, Wharton, MIT, Chicago, Yale, Columbia, UC Berkeley, and London Business School.
He has served as an Acting Assistant Dean at Harvard University, and a Research Writer at the Harvard Business Review. He has also served as lead editor of several published books and is the recipient of the Best Essay Award in the nationwide Richard Snowdon Essay Contest, sponsored by The Washington Post. Franklyn studied at Yale (BA in Philosophy), Harvard Law School (JD program), and the School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins (Master of International Public Policy program).
Marty is a longtime professional writer and editor, and has worked with college admissions essays for about 15 years. She currently teaches journalism and academic writing at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and works part-time as an essay specialist (coaching high school seniors on college essays) at an elite, private college preparatory high school in Charlotte. She integrates her own experience as a published writer and editor with the love of teaching in her work with students, and she strives to provide extensive, honest, and encouraging feedback to help students write essays they are proud to submit. Students she has worked with are now attending schools such as Harvard, MIT, University of Chicago, Yale, and Northwestern.
Jacqueline J. is an environmental professional and freelance writer based outside of Charlottesville, Virginia. She graduated cum laude from Yale University with distinction in the Geology major, and got her M.S. from the University of Vermont in Natural Resources Planning. Jamison has worked in groundwater consulting and land conservation, and recently published her first children’s book. She maintains an environmental family blog, www.GrowingOurGreenBeans.com. In her free time, she is a volunteer interviewer for Yale.
